Trend Analysis of Mixed Research Methods in Counseling Psychological Research 咨询心理学研究中混合研究方法的趋势分析

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of studies applying mixed research methods related to counseling psychology. As a result of selecting and analyzing a total of 51 mixed studies from 2013 to 2022, there is an increasing trend by year, and the number of papers on general psychological counseling by research area was the highest at 16, and by research subject, adulthood showed the highest rate. The ratio of the papers presenting the reason for the design of the mixed study and the purpose of utilization were 85% and 80.0%, respectively, and the simultaneous internal design was identified as 49% and the sequential inquiry design as 39%. This study is meaningful in that it has examined the steady application and development of mixed research methods in the field of counseling psychology, and it is expected to be used as basic data to help the field of counseling psychology research.

Mediating effect of mindfulness on the relationship between job stress and job burnout of information field experts 正念在信息领域专家工作压力与工作倦怠关系中的中介作用

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job stress and job burnout of information experts and to examine the mediating effect of mindfulness in the relationship between them. Based on this, it was conducted to provide basic data on the counseling coaching intervention plan that can prevent and prevent job burnout. For this purpose, data of 210 information experts working at an information system company located in S city were collected. Based on this data, the mediating effect of mindfulness on the relationship between job stress and job burnout of experts in the information field was examined. The main research results are as follows. Organizational characteristics, compensation system, and role-related factors that are sub-factors of job stress were found to have a significant negative (-) effect on mindfulness. Mindfulness was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on job burnout. Organizational characteristics, overwork, and compensation system, which are sub-factors of job stress, were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job burnout. A partial mediating effect of mindfulness was confirmed in the relationship between job stress and job burnout.

The moderating effect of grit on the relationship between academic stress and academic burnout in high school students 毅力在高中生学业压力与学业倦怠关系中的调节作用

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of Grit on the relationship between academic stress and academic burnout in high school students. For this purpose, data were collected from 215 high school students in Gyeonggi-do, and the research problem was analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, first, it was found that the higher the academic stress, the higher all of the sub-variables of academic burnout: incompetence, antipathy, anxiety, exhaustion, and apathy. Second, it was found that the higher the persistence of interest and the steadiness of effort, which are sub-factors of grit, the lower the symptoms of academic burnout in high school students. Third, effort factor showed a moderating effect in the relationship between academic stress and academic burnout. These results suggest that students can reduce or prevent academic burnout if they consistently strive toward their goals even in the stressful situation of their studies.

A Preliminary Study for Development of Military Leadership Coaching session structure Model 军事领导训练课程结构模型开发的初步研究

to consider the Army leadership coaching session structure model. Next, in order to derive the universality of general coaching, a common basic structure of the coaching session structure model was derived by comparing and analyzing the existing coaching session structure model. Finally, by reflecting the results derived, a coaching conversation model suitable for the military leadership coaching environment was constructed. The results of the study are as follows. First, considering the specificity of military leadership coaching, goal-oriented dialogue, expansion of thinking, formation of trust relationships, and specific action plans were derived. Second, the basic structure of the coaching conversation model was derived in the order of relationship setting, goal setting, current situation recognition, alternative selection, and execution. Third, the 'Trust-ARMY model' could be constructed as a result of reflecting the specificity of the derived military leadership coaching and the common elements of the existing coaching session structure model.
