A 3-D model for controlling the combustion and vaporization process in a steam boiler was developed in the fuzzyTech environment. The surface analysis of the constructed control model in the graphical shell of fuzzyTech on the basis of production rules is presented. Abstract

The article proposes the software implementation of precise controllers in steam boiler control system. The practical significance of the study consists in the development of a step-time algorithm for the fuzzification of continuous physical quantities of the boiler process and the control flow-chart of a steam boiler with variable coefficients.
