Abstract

When emergency occurs, a reasonable and efficient resource scheduling system is urgently needed to deal with influences caused by emergency. In regard to the scheduling problem of single one-time consumption resources in the emergency logistics system, this paper establishes a resource response decision model with the goal of minimum emergency response time, least saving points, highest reliability of transport routes, lowest emergency response cost. 应急物流中的资源响应决策研究
当突发事件发生时,迫切需要一个合理高效的资源调度系统来应对突发事件带来的影响。针对应急物流系统中单个一次性消耗资源的调度问题,建立了以应急响应时间最短、节省点最少、运输路线可靠性最高、应急响应成本最低为目标的资源响应决策模型。采用模糊理想点算法将多目标决策问题转化为单目标规划问题,并进行了模拟仿真计算。为提高应急响应能力、有效缓解灾害程度、减小灾害影响范围、缩短灾害持续时间提供了有效的方法。
