The whole development had a modular approach, where three modules are worked in both sections of the project: Identity Management, Authority, and Consortium of Health Service Providers. Abstract

This article describes the architecture of a Blockchain subsystem to manage access through Digital Identity to the Electronic Medical Record of patients.
