Nepal is an agricultural country where 68% of people are dependent upon agriculture for their livelihood (USAID, 2019). Total Gross Domestic Product (GDP) contribution of Agriculture sector in Nepal is 33.7%, out of which poultry sector contributes about 3.5% of GDP (CBS, 2012).
