Abstract
In the Green Paper From Neighbourhood to National: Policing our Communities Together, the Home Secretary outlined a reform programme that reflects the recommendations of the Flanagan Review on policing and the recently published review by Louise Casey, Engaging Communities in Fighting Crime.
