This study aims to determine teachers’ ideas related to the evaluation system based on multi-source data. The data in this study were taken from 144 high school teachers who voluntarily participated in the study in June 2018. At the end of this study, teachers worry about the fact that the evaluators will not consider the ethical principles, especially while giving the evaluation grades, and they highly agree that enough pilot practice hasn’t been applied, students will be able to use the grades they will give as a threat and parents won’t know the teachers well enough to evaluate them. The considered evaluation system should be re-planned by taking into account the feelings and thoughts of all teachers, as in curriculum renewal studies. Especially rating scales should be prepared by considering academicians’ and teachers’ ideas.
