Abstract

Coal gas drainage out of the mine excavation workspace is the urgent problem to be solved for safe production, a novel double mode fuzzy control strategy of gas drainage system for the coal local ventilator is proposed in the paper. One fuzzy control mode is used in normal aeration state. The other mode is adopted to expel the gas from the mine well, when the gas strength is abnormal. 煤矿采掘工作空间瓦斯抽放是煤矿安全生产急需解决的问题,本文提出了一种新的煤矿局部通风机瓦斯抽放系统双模模糊控制策略。正常曝气状态下采用一种模糊控制方式。当瓦斯强度异常时,采用另一种方式排出矿井瓦斯。讨论了两种模式切换的条件,分析了巷道内的气流压力分布,设计了模糊控制系统。理论分析和实验结果表明,所提出的双模模糊控制方案传递平稳,在正常通风和异常通风状态下均能根据瓦斯变浓度调节局部通风机转速,保证了煤矿的安全开采。
