Based on the experiment’s result, new model can supply a engineered means for acquiring the vibration detailed information of the point on precise heavy machinery large scale driving shaft which was inconvenience fitted sensor. Abstract

For solving on-line extract torsional vibrating parameter detecting and metrical problem of spanless point of complex and precise heavy machinery large scale rotary driving shaft, a new torsional vibration continuous shaft segment mass detecting and analytic model was proposed by using kinetics theory and measuring theory. 精密重型机械大尺度转轴扭振检测模型研究
为解决复杂精密重型机械大型旋转传动轴无跨点扭振参数在线提取检测与测量问题,应用动力学理论和测量理论,提出了一种新的扭振连续轴段质量检测与分析模型。该方法建立了可测点与无跨度点之间的振动传递关系。通过在生产现场采集转矩信号,比较无跨点转矩信号实测值与理论计算值的一致性,验证了新模型的正确性、可行性和有效性。在实验结果的基础上,该模型可为精密重型机械大型传动轴上不便安装传感器的点的振动细节信息的获取提供一种工程手段。它还可以编程组成,实现对转轴的在线监测和故障预测,从而保证精密重型复杂旋转机械的平稳运行。
