A system of incentives for the work of employees of the enterprise has been developed based on a competitive and innovative approach in the context of three directions: the formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise, increasing the competitiveness of products and enterprises, maximizing the profits of the enterprise. Abstract
In the materials of the section of the monograph, the competitive and innovative concept of the enterprise is formed, according to which it is considered as an independent socio-economic competitive system, which includes four subsystems: creating the competitiveness of the enterprise; ensuring the competitiveness of goods; forming and rational use of competitive advantages, including territorial ones; ensuring high profitability of the enterprise.
