Abstract

The turning movement of the train is made through friction of the wheels and rails, while the lubrication should be done on the side of the wheels in order to enhance efficiency of rail lubrication and reduce pollution along the rail line. The modeling and analysis of train curve motion are presented based on the traditional lubrication. The abrasion simulation of the value is built. The experimental results show the force relationship between different velocity and radius of the curve motion, which forms the basis to build a lubricated system.
