Abstract

On the basis of the comprehensive understanding of science and technology enterprise competitive intelligence system, the article builds evaluation system for enterprise competitive intelligence system from the perspective of strategic, the perspective of operation, the perspective of user experience; The article proposes similarity model considering the weight of evaluation experts and evaluation index; The article gives the common steps of the evaluation based on improved topsis model; Finally, a case is used to certificate this model rationality, feasibility and effectiveness.
