The Pt, a 82-year-old women, presented herself in our hospital with a complaint of the tumor in right-frontal region. Based on clinical and pathological findings, the Pt, was diagnosed as MHE. Increase of LAK (Lymphokine activated killer cell) activity was observed during treatment with intra-arterial continuous infusion of rIL-2. In addition, decrease of tumor was started when LAK activity showed high value. Abstract
A case of Malignant Hemangioendothelioma (MHE) effectively treated with intra-arterial continuous infusion of recombinant interleukin-2 (rIL-2) was experienced. The Pt, a 82-year-old women, presented herself in our hospital with a complaint of the tumor in right-frontal region. Based on clinical and pathological findings, the Pt, was diagnosed as MHE. 本文报告1例恶性血管内皮瘤(MHE)经动脉内持续输注重组白细胞介素-2 (il -2)有效治疗。患者是一名82岁的女性，因右侧额叶区肿瘤来我院就诊。根据临床和病理表现，诊断为MHE。在动脉内连续输注il -2治疗期间，观察到LAK(淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞)活性的增加。LAK活性高时，肿瘤开始下降。我们主要结合本病例和其他作者的文献资料，探讨MHE的治疗方法及其作用机制。
