Abstract

基于BIM和神经网络的装配式建筑成本控制算法
在施工过程中,各种费用受外部环境影响波动较大,成本控制不可能一次完成。需要根据实际建设进度和外部环境进行动态调整。装配式建筑造价控制是建筑造价的重要组成部分。由于中国的装配式建筑还没有大规模推广,相关的综合设计水平也比较落后,所以中国装配式建筑的造价相对于传统建筑来说比较高。基于神经网络的建筑造价建模与控制方法——神经网络通过模拟人脑神经元的思维方式对建筑造价进行建模和控制。BIM技术是集建筑设计、施工管理和项目协同管理于一体的技术,可以提高建筑管理效率,降低施工成本。本文基于BIM平台,建立了影响同类项目成本的关键因素数据库,利用数据库中的数据训练神经网络,基于BIM平台实时采集在建项目成本数据,进行成本分析,并完成该控制和成本评估。
