One of the media facilitated by the internet is Instagram social media. PT. Pupuk Kujang is one company that utilizes Instagram in carrying out the Corporate Communication function, one of which is maintaining good relations with stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to determine how the efforts of the Corporate Communication Department of PT. Pupuk Kujang in maintaining good relations with stakeholders through Instagram media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The theory used is Media Richness Theory. In conclusion, the efforts made by the Corporate Communication Department of PT. Pupuk Kujang in maintaining good relations with stakeholders through Instagram is by posting useful content, giveaway content, and greeting content.
