Abstract

水解酸化-两级EGSB-A/O联合工艺处理农药废水
宁夏某化工企业生产的废水具有COD高、含盐量高、氨态氮高的特点。由于污染物浓度较高,废水的可生化性较差。一期处理规模为400m3/d。不同特性的废水分别收集处理。采用“微电解+ Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀+蒸发结晶”组合工艺预处理高盐高COD废水。主要工艺流程为“水解酸化+两级膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB) +两级超前Fenton氧化(A/O)”。出水COD、NH3-N和TDS终浓度分别为376 mg/L、34.74 mg/L和442 mg/L,去除率分别为99.9%、81.3%和99.9%。环境、工程和经济(3E)实践表明,该组合工艺运行稳定,抗冲击能力强,出水COD降低率高。
