This research was conducted to find out the effect of satisfaction of LMS usage on the competence of DTS thematic academy participants. The research method used is quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to all DTS thematic academy participants, especially to digital marketing training (DIGIMAR), big data for social science (BDFSS), and information technology project management program (ITPM). Abstract

The development of information and communication technology facilitates learning even in the pandemic era through integrated online learning. Online learning is primarily determined by the Learning Management System model (LMS). LMS was developed to obtain optimal, effective, and efficient learning benefits.
