Abstract
This article presents a new approach to smart parking demand management to improve the quality of service. We proposed a scheduling algorithm that takes into consideration the health status of drivers when allocating available seats. This proposal prioritizes drivers whose physical condition is alarming and follows the "first come, first served" principle for other drivers.
