The socio-cultural acceptance of EcoSan latrines in rural areas of Morocco 摩洛哥农村地区对EcoSan厕所的社会文化接受程度

The lack of sanitation, in many developing countries such as Morocco, is a real burden on the health of the population and environment. Traditional methods of defecation such as the simple pit latrines and the open air are still widely used in rural areas of Morocco. In response to resolve this situation, the first EcoSan latrines (UDDTs) introduced in a rural village called 'Ait Daoud Ou Moussa' in Morocco in December 2009. In this study, qualitative and quantitative data were collected through field observation, a questionnaire survey, a group discussion and an interview with stakeholders in the field of sanitation to assess the socio-cultural acceptance of the EcoSan latrines in this village. Survey results showed that these eco-toilets have been generally accepted by almost all users and non-users. However, the use of excreta after treatment in their agriculture has not been accepted, because this population is afraid of reputability of their production (psychic effect).

Empirical models for estimating the global solar radiation based on air temperature and sunshine duration 基于气温和日照时数估算全球太阳辐射的经验模式

This work aims to develop and validate empirical models for estimating global solar radiation at site of Alhoceima based on the meteorological data measured during the period 2010-2017. The empirical models studied in this paper are broken down into two categories: the first category consist of linear and nonlinear regression which relates the monthly average daily global solar radiation to the sunshine duration, such as: the model of Angström-Prescott, the cubic, quadratic model (Ogleman et al.), exponential (Almorox), logarithmic and power model. The second category consists of mathematical models calculating the monthly average daily global solar radiation based on the air temperature. And finally this study proposed model wish is based on sunshine duration and gives the best results for the city of Alhoceima. Statistical evaluation of the performance and accuracy of the models on the basis of The Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Mean Bias Error MBE and R2 coefficient of determination, showed that all calibrated models estimates very well the monthly average daily global radiation. However the proposed model is more accurate with smaller errors and the best coefficient of determination.

MPPT strategy using Fuzzy-PI controller applied to a standalone wind energy conversion system 基于模糊pi控制器的MPPT策略应用于单机风能转换系统

This paper presents a Fuzzy Proportional Integral (PI) controller used to maximize the power transfer of a standalone Wind Energy Conversion Sys-tem (WECS). The Fuzzy-PI controller, applied to WECS for MPPT, improves well the system performance in comparison with the classical PI controller. Indeed, this proposed controller allows to obtain a good responses by adjusting the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator's (PMSG) rotor speed under variation of the wind speed. The computer simulation results, in Matlab/Simulink environment, presented in this paper, show the effectiveness and the good performances of the proposed designed system.

Novel Network IDS in Cloud Environment Based on Optimized BP Neural Network Using Genetic Algorithm 基于遗传算法优化BP神经网络的云环境下新型网络入侵检测

Nowadays, Cloud Computing (CC) had become an integral part of IT industry. It represents the maturing of technology and is a pliable, cost-effective platform which provides business/IT services over the Internet. Although there are several benefits of adopting this technology, there are some significant hurdles to it and one of them is security. In fact, due to the distributed and open nature of the cloud, resources, applications, and data are vulnerable and prone to intrusions that affect confidentiality, availability and integrity of Cloud resources and offered services. Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) has become the most commonly used component of computer system security and compliance practices that defends network accessible Cloud resources and services from various kinds of threats and attacks, while maintaining performance and service quality. In this work, in order to detect intrusions in CC environment, we propose a novel anomaly NIDS based on Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) classifier optimized using Genetic Algorithm. Since, Learning rate and Momentum term are among the most relevant parameters that impact the performance of BPNN classifier, we have employed Genetic Algorithm to find the optimal values of these two parameters which ensure high detection rate, high accuracy and low false alarm rate. Experimental results on KDD CUP' 99 dataset indicate that in comparison to several traditional and new techniques, our proposed approach achieves higher detection rate and lower false positive rate.

Knowledge Based Access Control a model for security and privacy in the Big Data 基于知识的访问控制:大数据中的安全与隐私模型

The most popular features of Big Data revolve around the so-called "3V" criterion: Volume, Variety and Velocity. Big Data is based on the massive collection and in-depth analysis of personal data, with a view to profiling, or even marketing and commercialization, thus violating citizens' privacy and the security of their data. In this article we discuss security and privacy solutions in the context of Big Data. We then focus on access control and present our new model called Knowledge-based Access Control (KBAC); this strengthens the access control already deployed in the target company (e.g., based on "RBAC" role or "ABAC" attributes for example) by adding a semantic access control layer. KBAC offers thinner access control, tailored to Big Data, with effective protection against intrusion attempts and unauthorized data inferences.

The context of this work is that of designing an IMS-LD meta-model of the disciplinary information space of a Learning Management System (LMS). Our approach is to first think about the conditions for creating a real disciplinary information space for LMS between learners, and designing the IT environment that supports this space. In this paper, we try to adapt the IMS-LD model with a disciplinary information meta-model for LMS based on the traditional pedagogy and social constructivism. This adaptation will go through three stages. Firstly, the development of a disciplinary information meta-model of LMS. Secondly, the study of correspondence between the developed meta-model and IMS-LD model. Finally, their transformation to IMS-LD meta-model.

Comparison between PI and PR Current Controllers of a Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System Supplying Nonlineare Load 提供非线性负荷的并网光伏系统PI和PR电流控制器的比较

This paper presents a three-phase grid-connected PV system supplying nonlinear load, which controls active power and harmonic compensation. A Proportional-Resonant (PR) controller is used for replacing the conventional Proportional-Integral (PI) controller in this system. By comparison with the conventional PI control method, the PR control can introduce an infinite gain at the fundamental frequency and hence can achieve zero steady-state error and the grid current can be noticeable sinusoidal and current harmonics generated by the nonlinear load will be compensated. In order to examine the effectiveness of the suggested control, a simulation using the Matlab/Simulink software has been done. The simulation results confirm the validation of the presented control and shows the efficiency of the PR controller especially with respect to the harmonics created by the nonlinear load, which proves that the use of this type of controller ensure a better energy transport to grid with fewer harmonics.

Assessing the Critical Sources of Wastes in the Moroccan Construction Industry: An Empirical Study 评估摩洛哥建筑业的关键废物来源:一项实证研究

The performance of construction projects worldwide is significantly impacted by the occurrence of waste; however, few studies have been carried out in this research area especially in developing countries. In this study, 24 types of waste have been identified starting from a review of previous research, and then reinforced by semi-structured interviews with Moroccan construction experts. Thereafter, a structured questionnaire was conducted to survey 330 Moroccan construction practitioners with a view to investigate the critical origins of waste in Morocco. "Activity start delays" was found to be the most significant source of waste according to the perceptions of the surveyed respondents. Furthermore, the statistical analysis revealed that the top three ranked waste categories were: 1-unused employee creativity, 2-delay and waiting, and 3-defects/errors/corrections.

This paper sheds light on the ecological transition phenomenon by suggesting a sustainable development model. This model demonstrates the different variables that impact the climate which in return suggests actions that ensures a renewal in our way of consuming, producing, working and living together. The paper then explains the factors that prevent the ecological transition in Morocco because the protection of the environment is conditioned by the implementation of preventive and corrective actions in order to remedy the harmful effects of overusing the existing natural resources. The first part is dedicated to explaining the components of economical model as well as the tools used in our research, the second part is dedicated to decorticating the model and its underlying mechanisms, and the last part explains the fuzzy logic behind it.
