Guidance and Counselling is essential for students to develop their potentialities and reach the stage of completeness and maturity. It can be informal, non-specialist, or professional. Guidance is an individualized process to help individuals understand their abilities, potentialities, and interests, and reach a stage of complete and matured member of society. Guidance and Counselling is essential for students to make informed decisions and excel in different fields and departments. Guidance and Counselling is essential for students to choose courses based on their interests, abilities, aptitudes and potentialities, with realistic, objective and futuristic goal-oriented choices. Guidance and counseling should be an integral part of education to help students identify and develop their abilities and interests and prepare society with competent, trained manpower in art, agriculture, medicine, science, and technology. Guidance & Counselling services should be considered an integral part of the education system, with the appropriate selection of courses and careers in consonance with the interest, abilities, aptitude,s and job prospects. Mass Media should indoctrinate youth with differences in abilities and the multiplicity of courses available in different Universities. Guidance & Counselling is an integral part of the education system, providing hope and developing personalized human beings for the development of Futuristic India.
