Jernail Singh Anand's Mahabharat: The Conflict of Words - A Modern Epic is a modern epic that rewards the conventional understanding of the conflict and its aftermath. It is the follow-up to the ancient Indian epic, Mahabharata. The author retells the epic from the perspective of Draupadi, the heroine who was treated dishonorably at the Kuru king's court, to bring the Pandavas—the primary protagonists of the War—and their spiritual master, Lord Krishna, to the forefront. The book casts doubt on the legitimacy and relevance of the Bhagavad Gita. This sacred text forms the basis of the Mahabharata, given today's violent, conflict-ridden, and unequal world. Additionally, the novel draws parallels with other epics that focus on the ideas of honor, devotion, and love, including the Ramayana and Troy. The central theme of Anand's writing is dishonor, particularly in light of Draupadi's humiliation at the hands of King Dhritrashtra. The action of this sequel moves beyond Kurukshetra's real battlefield and into the reader's imagination. In a biased conversation with Lord Krishna, the author expresses worries about the state of modern society and makes an effort to justify its purported deviations from the predestined path of justice.

The practice of child labor is a burden on the economy of any nation, a stigma in the name of humanity and a shame for children, but due to personal interests of some sections, it is prevalent not only in India or third world countries but also in the so-called rich and developed countries of the world. The planned type is becoming increasingly prevalent in the countries also. Even in a rich and prosperous country like America, the incidence of child labor is continuously increasing. According to the report of the US Auditor General, between 1990 and 2000, incidents of child labor law violations in America have increased by more than 150 percent. The industrialists there also exploit the opportunities available to child laborers for cheap wages, whose wages are low. Similarly, an increase in such incidents has been recorded even in Central and Eastern Europe, but this problem is very serious in the countries of Farrukhabad district. As a conclusion of the data collected by various organizations, it can be said that in almost all the Zardozi centers of Farrukhabad district, children are exploited by employing them in various industries and works.

Early childhood education (ECE) is a crucial developmental stage that establishes the groundwork for wellbeing and lifelong learning. But there are difficulties in the ECE field, and stress among teachers is a widespread problem that has a big impact on both teacher well-being and student outcomes. In-depth analysis of the causes, effects, and possible interventions of stress in early childhood education is provided in this research paper. This paper identifies the sources of stress among early childhood educators, including high workload, low pay, lack of support, and challenging student behaviors. It does this by reviewing the literature and conducting empirical studies. Additionally, it looks into how stress affects teacher burnout, job satisfaction, and the caliber of interactions in the classroom. This study also looks at how stress among educators affects kids' academic performance and socioemotional growth. The article concludes by outlining effective tactics and interventions, such as professional development, organizational support, self-care routines, and policy initiatives, to reduce stress and enhance early childhood educators' well-being. This research paper aims to inform educators, policymakers, and stakeholders in the field by illuminating the complexities of stress in early childhood education and providing evidence-based solutions. In the end, this will help create environments that are healthier and more supportive for both educators and young learners.

The study was conducted to observe the influence of Generator emissions on the Total Leucocytes Count (TLC) of the common house rat, Rattus rattus linnaeus, 1758 collected from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (India). The Total Leucocytes Count values were estimated in GroupI control and GroupII experimental which were exposed to generator emissions from 5KV diesel generator. The latter were further subdivided into four groups, based on distance of exposure [group A (2 feet), Group B (4feet), Group C (6feet), Group D (8 feet)] The results indicated significantly lower values in exposed rats suggesting that the emissions adversely affected TLC exposed as heart disease, high fever and cancer. When from 2 feet distance mortality of 33.33% was observed.

Indian literature captures the rich historical, spiritual, and cultural fabric of Indian culture through its intricate web of myths and tales. Myths have been used as a literary canvas, a source of inspiration, and a way to preserve culture in anything from classical texts to modern works. The paper explores the many ways that myths and legends have influenced Indian literature, highlighting the continuing power of these ageless stories using a variety of allusions. Myths and philosophical ideas may be found in abundance in the Vedas and Upanishads, the fundamental writings of Hinduism. The Ramayana and Mahabharata, the legendary epics and great Indian classics, continue to inspire generations of writers. This paper aims to study the retelling of myths and legends in R.K. Narayan’s The Ramayana. The work shares a common fascination with mythology and seeks to explore the distinctive ways in which Narayan depicts myths and legends in his work, examining the theme, characters, narrative technique, cultural nuances and contemporary resonance that distinguish this literary masterpiece.

The objective of this study was to reduce nitrogen fertilizer costs and enhance both growth and nitrogen content in okra by applying lower nitrogen doses in combination with Azospirallum. A simple randomized pot experiment was conducted at Swami Shukdevanand College, Shahjahanpur from October to December 2023. Two control groups were established: one without nitrogen and Azospirallum, and another without nitrogen but with Azospirallum, to compare the effects of Azospirallum alone and in conjunction with different nitrogen doses. Nitrogen levels were assessed in dry leaves at 15, 30, and 45 days after germination (DAG). All nitrogen and Azospirallum treatments resulted in significantly improved growth, yield, and nitrogen content in okra leaves. The highest levels of plant growth, yield, and nitrogen content were observed in plants receiving nitrogen plus Azospirallum. Conversely, the lowest values for these parameters were observed in the control group (no nitrogen, no Azospirallum). Thus, it is recommended to use lower nitrogen doses along with Azospirallum seed inoculation to enhance nitrogen content in okra leaves and subsequently increase crop yield, while also reducing production costs by minimizing nitrogen fertilizer usage.
