Abstract

The majority of e-class hospitals in Indonesia still apply manual, non-computerized systems to conduct operational activities every day. This causes problems especially for hospital directors, because as a director requires a system that can evaluate the operations of the hospital. This problem was initiated due to the data of operational activities that are currently available are not well managed.
