The reason underlying this activity is that because we see that many problems in fitness levels are considered a big problem, the solution to these problems provides a program related to movement activities that will benefit. The advantage of this pattern is that it is a program that is carried out based on activities that are often done and can improve fitness. This method of counseling uses lectures, discussions, demonstrations and practices. Daily activities are expected to make children have a good level of physical fitness. Therefore, it is necessary to have an activity pattern for fitness for students. This program provides an understanding of an activity for students related to physical activity patterns for physical fitness. In this implementation stage, the activity consists of several sessions, first, namely pre-test then giving material and discussion then ending with a post test.
