Then take the case of 59 national housing industrialization base as the verification goal, explore the change law of stakeholders. Abstract
Construction industrialization plays an important role in the development of construction industry, and the stakeholders of the industrial chain are the key factors affecting the development. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the transformation of stakeholders in the construction industrialization industry chain from the perspective of niche theory.
