Abstract

In this paper Fabry-Perot resonator filled by stratified ferrite material is studied. The accurate analytical model for analysis of such a resonator is development for the first time. The model is based on the translation matrix method. It also is shown analytically that resonance characteristics are edges of stopbands of corresponding symmetric anisotropic structure. The numerical calculations and the possible practical applications are presented also.
