Contrary to fat content, the highest protein content was detected in the Bilecik cultivar. Abstract

This study was carried out to determine some pomological and chemical characteristics of Bilecik, Yavuz, Sebin walnut cultivars and Yerli genotype grown in Kırşehir, Turkey.
