Abstract

Biopolymers can be very effectively used in many contemporary applications. Modern means of processing biopolymers enable usage of them in new ways and situations which were previously dominated by conventional synthetic plastic materials. It is essential for further research and practical applications that we well know processes which are ongoing during the microwave processing. We present methodology specifically intended for examination and evaluation of effects of microwave processing of biopolymers in well defined electromagnetic field.
