This study was framed in the pragmatic paradigm, as a research methodology, the exploratory systematic review was adopted with a qualitative approach that guides a synthesized bibliographic review. The technique applied was the survey of high school students, for the analysis and interpretation of the results. Abstract

The main objective of this research was to analyze the influence of training on teacher learning, which has a predominant role in the school performance of students.
