This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and organizational commitment on nurse performance. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were 180 nurses from Siloam Palembang Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated/census sampling method. The selection of the saturated / census sampling method was carried out because all populations were considered to have certain criteria to be studied and could be reached as a whole by researchers so that the population that would be sampled in this study amounted to 180 nurses. This study uses quantitative data types, where data is collected in a structured manner through measurement instruments such as questionnaires or systematic observations. The data analysis technique in this study used the help of SPSS software. The results showed that workload variables negatively affect the performance of Siloam Palembang nurses while organizational commitment variables positively affect the performance of Siloam Sriwijaya Palembang nurses, besides that simultaneously workload variables and organizational commitment also have a significant influence on employee performance.

As a means of legal defense for Notaries, this study seeks to examine and expand the use of the Principle of Legal Presumption in the creation of Authentic Deeds. This study is normative since Law No. 2 of 2014, An Act to Amend Law No. 30 of 2004 Concerning Notary Positions, leaves open a conceptual norm vacuum in the area of Notary Protection in the performance of their official duties and responsibilities. This paper takes a philosophical and legal approach to the question. This study's findings indicate that the Notary's Authentic Deed, prepared in line with the agreement and using accurate information from the Faces, is free of any formal or material flaws. As a result, in the event of future difficulties, the Principle of Legal Presumption should be invoked to safeguard Notaries against potential deception on the part of the Claimants. Law No. 2 of 2014, An Act to Amend Law No. 30 of 2004, emphasizes the need for Notary protection procedures to reduce roadblocks to the implementation of the Principle of Legal Presumption.

The meaning of the title above is that the Gelgel kingdom was fairly large in the archipelago (Imporium) as the successor to the Hindu-Majapahit kingdom. Gelgel controls four large islands, namely East Java (Blambangan), Bali, Lombok and Sumbawa. The Gelgel Kingdom also lasted quite a long time for four centuries (14-17th century), longer than its predecessor - Majapahit which lasted for 2 centuries (14-15th century). Majapahit's real power was East Java, Bali and Madura, while the regions mentioned in the Kertagama State cannot yet be ascertained. In several of his writings, historian Sartono Kartodirdjo no longer uses the terminology of the modern ancient era or the colonial era. This Indonesian historian focuses more on the dynamics of society in accepting the presence of foreign powers in Indonesia. Likewise, various interactions occur in relationships such as politics, culture, trade or military power (Sartono Kartodirdjo, 2020). It is in the context of interactions and relationships that topics such as the title above are written. In this case, the dynamics of the Gelgel kingdom between 1300 and 1686 were able to develop shipping networks, political trade and other relations for more than three and a half centuries.

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence by knowing and analyzing competence and motivation on employee performance with supervision as a moderating variable at Sriwijaya University; this research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated / census sampling technique, and data collection using a questionnaire. The population selected as a sample represents a population of 120 people. The results show that the competence possessed by the executor of government procurement of goods/services at Universitas Sriwijaya is good enough to improve performance in preventing criminal acts of corruption. Furthermore, good employee performance can be influenced by employee motivation. In addition, supervision becomes a moderating variable in the influence of the competence of procurement executors so that it positively impacts improving performance. The leadership of Sriwijaya University is expected to pay more attention to what factors might cause an increase or decrease in employee performance so that policies can be sorted out that are more effectively used in increasing employee motivation and morale.

This research is classified as qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and document study. The data analysis used was from Matthew B. Miles and A Michael Huberman which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the reasons for the dynamics of the Otonan Ceremony in the Susuan Traditional Village consisted of theological reasons, sociological reasons, and pedagogical reasons. The theological reason is that the Otonan Ceremony is held as an expression of gratitude to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, the ancestors, Catur Sanak, and other forces that are believed to influence human life. The sociological reason is that there are social dynamics in the Otonan Ceremony as seen from the procedures for inviting, preparing/serving food, carrying out the ceremony, and activities after carrying out the Otonan Ceremony. The pedagogical reason is that in the Otonan Ceremony, there is an educational process of tattwa (cognitive aspect), morals (affective aspect), and ceremony (psychomotor aspect).

The research objective was to determine the effect of Participative leadership, organizational climate, and organizational commitment on the work productivity of vocational school teachers in the city of Mataram. The research method is quantitative. The sampling technique of 721 teachers used random sampling based on the Morgan table corrected using the Warwick and Lininger formulas to obtain a sample of 186 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The research results are; (1) Participative leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and work productivity; (2) organizational climate has a direct positive and significant effect on work commitment and productivity; (3) Participative leadership has an indirect effect on work productivity through organizational commitment. (4) organizational climate has an indirect effect on work productivity through organizational commitment. Organizational commitment can act as a full mediation. It is suggested that in increasing teacher work productivity apply Participative leadership, organizational climate and involve organizational commitment as a mediating variable.

The author grew up and was nurtured in Motoring Village, with its Christian population encompassing Protestant and Catholic believers. The community was tightly knit, upheld by robust kinship bonds, and upheld values of mutual support, "gotong-royong," and respect. The community encountered personal, familial, and societal challenges despite their mature and deep-rooted faith. The contentious issue of contract marriages arose, causing strife among the villagers. The Motoling villagers firmly believed contract marriages to be religiously and legally unlawful. However, instances persisted where contract marriages were established, typically lasting two years, especially involving men from the Philippines already married and women from Motoling. Despite the upheaval caused, these marriages proceeded. Recognizing the necessity, the church offered pastoral counseling, mainly targeting the couples involved, to prevent such occurrences in the future. Employing a literature review and conducting interviews with the contract marriage couple in Motoling Satu, the study highlighted the significance of pastoral guidance for contract marriage couples. The counseling aimed to imbue these couples with a comprehensive understanding of marriage's true essence and bolster their faith, enabling them to navigate challenges successfully. Interviews revealed that love united the contract marriage couple, although economic circumstances also played a role.
