The study shows that Islamic work ethics has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; whereas it does not have a significant effect on IMFIs employee performance. Knowledge sharing behavior affects significantly to IMFIs employee performance; however, it does not contribute significant effect on organizational citizen behavior. Abstract
