The communication channels in the sensor networks can be mobile communication networks, optical cable lines, and for the backup, use interfaces that have better indicators at a particular point of connection. Abstract

The paper examines the structural diagrams of the tools developed during the research, the collection of information for monitoring, the status, subsystems, of access for the networks of the mobile operator. Several types of sensors are placed stationary both at the operator's base station and in the nearest perimeter. In the process of operation, arrays of sensors collect telemetry data on the status of the subsystems of the operator's cellular network and send information for further analysis to the central controller, which is implemented as a software-hardware complex.
