Abstract

-This report is an investigation of Boy’s Hostel Mess problem of longer waiting time while having lunch through method study. From the analysis of existing method by Method Study, it is found that there is average waiting of 8 minutes due to Roti Making and Dish Preparation. The solution developed by critical examination of existing method, needs no any additional capital investment but a small change in existing kitchen layout.
