Principle of the equipment's configuration is demonstrated on B&R automatons in combination with a standard network router. In paper are presented principles of the visualization creation for Power Panel in B&R Automation Studio and software settings on the side of the communication interface OPC (OLE for Process Control). Abstract
This paper presents configuration principles of the PLC and internet router for requirements of remote monitoring and control of the technological process. 本文针对工艺过程的远程监控要求，介绍了PLC和网络路由器的组态原理。一台路由器不仅可以连接经典的模块化PLC，还可以连接具有过程可视化和同一操作PC的PLC电源面板。PLC与操作员PC的通信也可以通过所谓的Wi-Fi无线数据传输来提供。在贝加莱自动机上结合标准网络路由器演示了设备配置的原理。本文介绍了贝加莱自动化工作室中电源面板可视化创建的原理，以及通信接口OPC (OLE for Process Control)侧的软件设置。将所提出的方法应用于间接测温监测系统中。
