Abstract

基于DEA-BCC-Malmquist-Tobit模型的高校社会服务效率测度及影响因素
本文以2014 - 2017年36所旅游高校为样本,运用DEA-BCC模型和DEA-Malmquist指数模型,分析了旅游高校社会服务效率的现状及变化趋势。运用Tobit模型分析了区域经济、校企合作、人才素质和研发机构与旅游大学社会服务效率的关系。研究发现:(1)2014 - 2017年旅游高校社会服务效率长期徘徊在0.8左右,2014 - 2017年每年都有近一半的旅游高校没有达到DEA有效性,仍有很大的提升空间;(2) 2014 - 2017年,旅游高校社会服务全要素生产率指数平均值为1.19,说明全要素生产率年均增速达到19%左右,技术进步效率的提高是主要原因;(3)人才素质和校企合作对旅游高校社会服务效率有正向影响;(4)区域经济和研发机构对旅游高校社会服务效率有负向影响。
