Abstract
Cadastral block map is a legal map certificate which describes Cadastral block location, boundary point, boundary line, Cadastral neighbor, etc. This paper analyzed the problems of cadastral mapping existing in current Cadastral Administration System and the reasons, studied auto-creating cadastral block map based on GIS and the establishment workflow of Cadastral Administration System database and Creating Topology based on GeoDatabase model.
