Orangescrum como alternativa open-source para la gestión y administración de proyectos

Abstract

La administración de un proyecto debería ser una tarea sencilla gracias a la tecnología con la que se cuenta hoy en día, sin embargo, la realidad es totalmente diferente. En la actualidad es complejo encontrar organizaciones pequeñas o medianas que utilicen alguna metodología o herramienta que permita llevar la gestión sobre el proyecto, ya que en la mayoría de los casos se cree que se requiere de una inversión mayor en tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo. En esta investigación se presenta una herramienta automatizada de software libre que puede llevar la administración de proyectos de una forma sencilla. Si bien es importante destacar que cada proyecto es diferente, este sistema conocido como Orangescrum permite tomar el control total sobre el trabajo y con ello darle el enfoque que requiera cada uno de los proyectos. Managing a project should be a simple task with the technology that we have nowadays, however, the reality is totally different. At present it is complex to find small or medium-sized organizations that use some methodology or tool that allows to manage the project, since in most cases it is believed that a greater investment in time, money and effort is required. This research presents an automated open-source tool that can bring project management in a simple way. While it is important to note that each project is different, this system known as Orangescrum, allows to take full control over the work and thus give it the focus that is required in each one of these projects.
