This study aims to determine the relationship between the selection of Blended Learning Strategies in learning with the understanding of elementary school age children during the covid-19 pandemic. Researchers used qualitative methods with in-depth data collection and observation techniques. Based on the research that has been carried out, the following results were obtained: 1.) The learning motivation of elementary school age children decreased bengining of the covid-19 pandemic, 2.) The implementation of the Blended Learning Strategy made children more enthusiastic in learning, 3) The Blended Learning strategy helped children in learning. solve unreached problems. Education is very important for all people, especially at elementary school age, but currently the COVID-19 virus has hit the whole world, including Indonesia, so that teaching and learning is hampered.
