Abstract

the article describes the main facts of implementing Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) into the academic process of Ryazan State Radio Engineering University (RSREU). It presents teaching techniques applied in the course of learning both by the teachers of professional disciplines and the teachers of foreign language. Specific characteristics as well as main factors favoring the introduction of CLIL into the process of studying are presented, basic principles of applying CLIL in engineering universities are given.
