This statement is reinforced by the results of the t-test burpees having a t-test value of 49.33, t-table at a significance level of 5% and d.b. (freedom rate) 14 is 2.145. Biceps curl has a t-test value of 18.04, t-table at a significance level of 5%, d.b. (degree of freedom) 14 is 2.145.
