The study's objective was to describe the results of implementing social work activities at Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 2016-2020. A cross-sectional design, in which quantitative research was combined with qualitative research to achieve research objectives. Research results showed that Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital has implemented 3\\7 tasks according to Circular 43\\2015\\TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health from 2016 to 2020 such as information instruction and consultation for patients; communication and health promotion; and resources mobilization and coordination. Abstract

Social work in hospitals plays a particularly important role in providing psycho-social support to patients, their family members, and health workers. The study's objective was to describe the results of implementing social work activities at Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 2016-2020.
