Analysis and Research on Complex System of Power Grid Company Assets Management targets and functions under the Optimum of Overall Situation

Abstract

The complex assets management system under the global optimum is mainly aimed at the current situation of Power Grid Company and realizes the whole process and lean management of assets from the three aspects of organizational structure, rules and regulations and integrated information platform with the help of the full-service data center. This paper mainly analyzes the complex system of assets management from two aspects: target direction, and functional characteristics.
