Based on the results of the literature review, it was seen that no similar study was conducted. Therefore, the research reveals original results. Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the moderator effect of Digital Leadership on the relationship between employees' perceptions of digital literacy and their motivation to access digital technologies. For this purpose, data was collected on white-collar employees through questionnaires and related analyzes were made.
