Abstract

Based on the resource dependence theory and value co-creation theory, this paper puts forward a theoretical model of the relationship between interdependence, value co-creation and relationship quality and explores moderating role of market environment. The findings show as follows: Interdependence has positive influence on value co-creation and relationship quality; Value Co-creation has positive influence on relationship quality; Market environment plays regulatory roles. Finally, marketing suggestions for enterprises are provided after analysis and discussion. The disadvantages and trend of future research are also mentioned.
