Preparation and determination on plan of village medium term development and work plan of village government

Abstract

Village development plan is a guide or model potential exploration and development ideas that focused on the participation of the village community in the overall development process. The concept of participation is in line with the value of "cooperation" which has become part of the confidence and trust of this nation for centuries. The enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 about the village, further confirms that the preparation of the Plan of Village Medium Term Development (RPJMDesa) and Work Plan of Village Government (RKPDesa) interpreted as a public participation process from planning, implementation, and monitoring. Participatory village development planning is also interpreted as an attempt to develop a sense of ownership of development investments are implemented. Unfortunately only the implementation of the preparation and adoption of RPJMDesa and RKPDesa most are still "legally flawed and sociological defects". Preparation and adoption of RPJMDesa and RKPDesa begin the formation of the drafting team, data collection, assessment of the potential and problems, the alignment direction of policy planning regency, and RKPDesa RPJMDesa drafting, discussion of RKPDesa RPJMDesa, and determination of RPJMdesa and RKPDesa, has not been implemented as ordered by the village legislation.
