Abstract

The FPRM circuit area corresponding to different polarities varies, and it is a very important task to find the optimal polarity of the circuit to save circuit area when possible. In order to better solve the problem, an MRFOtent optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm adds tent chaos mapping to the manta ray foraging algorithm, and enhances the search capability by combining the two to achieve better optimization results. The efficiency of this algorithm for FPRM circuit area optimization is demonstrated by testing 11 MCNC Benchmark circuits and comparing with other algorithms.
