The analytical methods used is the paired sample T-test and covariate analysis.The results of the analysis showed that the study showed that there was a significant effect of mindfulness and digital detox treatment on the decrease in adolescent nomophobia. The changes were different from the two groups, with the value obtained t =-18.084; F value = 171,809; where p = 0.000 {p<0.05}. This shows that there is a significant effect of mindfulness and digital detox interventions on nomophobia in adolescents. After the intervention, the level of nomophobia in the experimental group was lower than the control group, so that the hypothesis in this study was accepted.
