Hubungan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Hasil Belajar Fisika Peserta Didik

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik di SMP Negeri 2 Barombong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan populasi adalah seluruh peserta didik SMP Negeri 2 Barombong dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non-tes dengan instrument kuesioner motivasi berprestasi dan dokumentasi hasil belajar. Analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi berprestasi dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik SMP Negeri 2 Barombong pada semester genap TA 2019/2020 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.676.Kata kunci: motivasi berprestasi, hasil belajar, peserta didik, fisika This research was conducted to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and physics learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 2 Barombong. This research is an ex-post-facto study with a population of all students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong with a purposive sampling technique in order toobtain a sample of 72 people. Data collection techniques using non-test techniques with achievement motivation questionnaire instruments and documentation of learning outcomes. Data analysis used simple regression techniques with the help of the SPSS application.
