Abstract

With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasingly fierce employment market, modern society has higher requirements for managers' leadership and comprehensive quality. College students, as the main force of enterprise leaders, plays a decisive role in the future development of enterprises. The leadership evaluation of college students refers to the process of comprehensively using scientific and reasonable evaluation methods, study the actual situation of college students' leadership, make objective and effective evaluation results, and ultimately promote students to improve their own leadership ability and the quality of comprehensive quality of higher education.
