Abstract

According to the requirements of automation system, the control system of capping and capping machine is designed. The system adopts S7-300 controller of Siemens company and tp177b 6-inch touch screen to control the conveyor motor, screw cover motor and drive various cylinders by controlling the electromagnetic reversing valve. The system realizes the automatic operation of capping, conveying and screwing of drug bottles, and completes the screwing action of drug bottles quickly and accurately.
