On this basis, according to the framework of the CREAM retrospective analysis method, the human factor error modes of the amusement rides are analyzed, and the antecedents of the accident are identified. An antecedent analysis table for the human error modes was formed, and an Antecedent-Consequence Chain of amusement rides was constructed. In the end of this paper, a retrospective analysis of the cause of the accidents in the amusement rides in Xi'an, China was conducted. Abstract

Human factors are one of the important reasons for amusement rides accidents. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a safety system of amusement rides centered on human safety. 基于认知信度和误差分析法的游乐设备事故回顾性分析
人为因素是造成游乐设施事故的重要原因之一。因此,建立以人身安全为中心的游乐设施安全体系具有重要意义。本研究作为中国国家质量基础设施工程的一部分,是载人飞行全生命周期测试、监测和完整性评估技术研究的子项目。本文采用认知信度与误差分析法(CREAM)对事故原因进行研究。通过对游乐设施人为失误事故的统计分析,明确了影响游乐设施人为失误事故的人为因素,建立了游乐设施人为失误原因分析的基本路径。在此基础上,根据CREAM回顾性分析方法的框架,分析了游乐设施的人为因素误差模式,并确定了事故的前因。建立了人为错误模式的前因分析表,构建了游乐设备的前因-后果链。在文章的最后,对西安市游乐设施事故的原因进行了回顾性分析。本文的研究成果为游乐设备全生命周期安全性评价提供了基础之一。
